Lisa Landis

Lisa Landis is a multifamily executive, consultant, and leadership development professional with more than 28 years of industry experience. She helps organizations strengthen leadership, improve operations, address performance challenges, and move complex initiatives forward.

Lisa began her career in 1998 as a leasing consultant and has since served in nearly every level of property management leadership, including Property Manager, Regional Manager, Regional Vice President, Vice President, and Senior Vice President. Her experience spans operations, maintenance, marketing, compliance, organizational development, and portfolio performance. This combination of hands-on experience and executive perspective allows her to understand both the decisions made at the leadership table and the realities of implementing them at the property level.

Known for being direct, solutions-oriented, forward-thinking, and collaborative, Lisa founded CORH Group to provide executive consulting, fractional leadership, leadership development, and practical education for multifamily organizations and professionals. She develops and facilitates training programs, educational sessions, and speaking engagements designed to help leaders think more strategically, lead with greater confidence, and achieve stronger results.

Lisa remains actively involved in advancing leadership across the multifamily and affordable housing industries. She serves on the IREM Leadership Development Advisory Council and the Women in Affordable Housing Network’s (WAHN) Mentorship Committee, where she also serves as a mentor. She participates in the Multifamily Mentor Matchmaking program and contributes to the SAHMA Alabama and Mississippi planning committee for its annual Leadership Conference.

Lisa holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Certified Housing Asset Manager (CHAM) designations, along with several affordable housing certifications. She lives just outside Atlanta and works with companies and industry organizations across the country.
