Leadership can be lonely. It doesn't have to be.

CORH Group brings together experienced leaders from across the multifamily industry, creating a community where different perspectives lead to better decisions. Members may include leaders in operations, asset management, accounting and finance, compliance, human resources, technology, and executive leadership.
CORH Group meets monthly for a focused, one-hour virtual roundtable, making it easy to participate regardless of location. Members also gather one to two times each year for in-person meetings that strengthen relationships, encourage deeper collaboration, and explore strategic topics.
Every meeting is built around the challenges members bring to the table. There is no fixed agenda- discussions evolve based on the issues leaders are facing, from operations and staffing to AI, compliance, acquisitions, and organizational strategy. Members leave with new perspectives, practical insights, and ideas they can immediately put into action.
CORH is intentionally kept small because the best conversations happen when people know and trust one another.
Membership is limited to approximately 20 executive leaders who are committed to learning, sharing, and helping one another succeed.
The result is a community built on trust, where leaders openly share the good, the bad, and the lessons they'd gladly help someone else avoid.
